This hit the spot. I had been craving jambalaya (random), there was sausage in the freezer, and I decided to make it happen. I used Rachael Ray’s recipe for the first time and added red beans for more substance. Delicious and spicy just the way Devines like it!
I thought today was supposed to be warm, but when I went to the grocery store it was definitely around 40 degrees. The shock of cold weather again made this dish perfect for a lazy friday evening. I paired it with a Bordeaux that Madison and I brought back from France. Very glad I made room in my suitcase!
